ATICOOK RESERVATION CONDITIONS
In ATICCOOK BRUNO RUIZ we work to offer a daily single menu, in which all the reservations are coordinated to start at the same time with the tasting menu. The reservation schedules are accommodated to facilitate the room and kitchen service for your best attention.
Punctuality is essential.
In the lunch service, the arrival time is from 1.30p.m to 2 p.m.
In the dinner service, the arrival time is from 9:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
In case of not arriving at the established time, Aticcook reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
HOW CAN I RESERVE A TABLE AT ATICCOOK BRUNO RUIZ?
Reservations can only be made through our online booking system.
If you can not find availability, you can sign up on our waiting list.
To guarantee your reservation you need to provide a credit or debit card.
No amount will be charged at the moment of the booking.
CAN I CANCEL MY RESERVATION?
You can cancel your reservation at any time.
The cancellation of the reservation does not entail any cost for you until 24 hours before lunch / dinner.
In the case of groups of 8 or more guests, the free cancellation will be 72 hours in advance.
If the Restaurant does not receive your cancellation within the stipulated period, or you do not attend, an amount of € 25 per guest will be charged, to the credit or debit card provided for the case, for the economic damage and the expenses generated as a result of the reservation.
At Aticcook Bruno Ruiz, we double check each reservation, sending to our customers a confirmation of the booking by email at the time of making the reservation and another email 24 hours before the date and time of your reservation for the final confirmation.
CAN I MODIFY MY RESERVATION?
Yes, as long as it is done more than 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, diners who do not attend the reservation will be charged.
If you want to increase the number of guests, you can do so until the same day of booking, as long as there is availability, contacting us by phone.
CAN THE TABLES BE JOINED IF WE ARE A GROUP?
No, it is no possible. Our tables are round and this characteristic does not allow us to join them.
I AM VEGETARIAN, DO YOU HAVE A MENU?
We do not have an exclusive menu for vegetarians.
SI SOY ALÉRGICO, CELIACO O INTOLERANTE ¿HAY ALTERNATIVAS?
Al momento de hacer la reserva deberá comunicarnos sus peticiones. Intentaremos atenderlas en la medida de lo posible y adecuar el menú a sus necesidades.

Yes, if they participate in the menu.
Aticcook is a gastronomic space inside a design store that does not meet the conditions nor the space suitable for children. Besides the fact that, the tasting menu takes more than 2 hours, a time normally not in accordance with the endurance of the smallest. In addition we do not have any alternative offer for them, the menu is the same for everyone.
Aticcook Bruno Ruiz reserves the right to cancel a reservation made by the client if the capacity of diners in the room is compromised.
